Over a million wheels are available to our wholesale customers, from our UK and European stock. Having this many wheels available maximises the application range options and stock availability.
Dealer Shop & Live Data
Our Dealer Shop system is an online wheel search, stock check and ordering system for our resellers.
With live stock information from the UK and Europe, pricing and an ordering facility, Dealer Shop is a very useful tool for alloy wheel resellers. In addition to the product information, there’s heaps of car data and approved tyre sizes.
You can search by vehicle and by wheel specification, if you search by vehicle – only wheels that have been approved to fit will show as every wheel we offer is TÜV approved and certified by the KBA in Germany.
Dealers have access to our live data file (.csv format) which contains wheel data, stock in the UK and EU, wheel images and prices. Data is collected throughout Europe and updated every hour.
TÜV Tested and Certified
Every alloy wheel in our range is tested to TÜV standard by TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SÜD or TÜV Nord and certified by the KBA.
You may see the term “TÜV” used a lot within UK wheel market, and it may be being used to make you think that the wheels have been tested by TÜV. In fact, in many cases, the wheel is not tested by a TÜV provider at all. This can be very misleading, and to be sure ask for a TÜV certificate. The certificate will be specific to a wheel in specific size and fitment and it will reference the “KBA number” both on the certificate and on the wheel itself. You can download all of our certificates on our Dealer Shop or Configurator systems.
TÜV is a third party testing laboratory recognised all over the world for testing all types of goods. Specifically for wheels, they approve and independently certify products in the same testing methods as our standard tests including: Impact, bending and rim rolling tests.
More specifically, TÜV testing is performed according to the load requirement determined by the application, the wheel may be: Impact tested (with a tyre), bend tested (cornering fatigue strength test) which is in two parts both short and long term, rim roll tested which is tested over a distance of 2000km and lacquer scratch tests. A testing program is established including setting wheel test parameters determined by the requirement, we will also make recommendations on this according to the project. All test reports are compiled and issued for review by the KBA in Germany.
Tyre Fitting
We can fit and balance all makes and models of tyres to our customers at wholesale prices and we can fit tyres to our wheels that you send into our warehouse. Our tyre fitting assembly facility can fit wheels from 10-26″ in diameter using the latest tyre fitting and balancing technology.
Our semi-automated inflation line increases our output pressure accuracy and alleviates errors such as over-inflation and damages.
We’re always looking to be greener, currently we use recycled card for our packaging and we reuse our boxes to package wheels fitted with tyres. Our plastic packaging use is very low and we continue to look for alternative materials for substitution where we do use plastics.
